PlanBee was engaged to organise Hatwell’s January 2026 international offsite in Iceland. The goal was to deliver a seamless, premium experience that enabled meaningful team connections while removing all logistical burdens from leadership.

Designed a program including whale watching, Northern Lights excursions, and visits to the Blue Lagoon, balancing adventure with flexibility.

Curated and booked high-quality group dining experiences, managing all reservations and dietary requirements.

On-the-Ground Coordination

Delivered full itinerary management, supplier coordination, and seamless execution, ensuring a completely hands-off experience for Hatwell.
