The Brief: A Seamless International Offsite

PlanBee was engaged to organise Hatwell’s January 2026 international offsite in Iceland. Our goal was clear: deliver a seamless, premium experience that fostered meaningful team connections while removing all logistical burdens from leadership.

PlanBee’s Role: End-to-End Delivery

Travel and Logistics

We coordinated international flights for attendees travelling from both the UK and US. Managing arrival schedules across different time zones was crucial. We also organised all airport transfers and local transport, ensuring everyone arrived smoothly and on time.

Accommodation and Experience Design

Sourcing and securing a premium hotel was just the beginning. We managed room allocations, ensuring comfort and accessibility. Every detail aligned with the overall experience we aimed to create.

Curated Excursions and Activities

Our team designed an engaging programme that included whale watching, Northern Lights excursions, and visits to the Blue Lagoon. We balanced adventure with flexibility, allowing participants to enjoy their time fully.

Dining and Group Experiences

We curated and booked high-quality group dining experiences, managing all reservations and dietary requirements. Every meal was an opportunity for connection and enjoyment.

On-the-Ground Coordination

We delivered full itinerary management, supplier coordination, and seamless execution. This ensured a completely hands-off experience for Hatwell, allowing them to focus on what truly mattered: their team.
